Anonymity
A large part of the sports halls and cultural centers at BookByen have set up info screens that show the day's rides. We encourage you to use a nickname instead of your real name. Please choose an appropriate nickname and avoid using offensive or provocative names. We reserve the right to disable nicknames deemed inappropriate.
How to create a new user
When you register as a user, you can rent facilities. Choose your profile type and follow the instructions. If you want to link 2-factor authentication to your profile, you must add a phone number so we can send you an SMS.
Personal data
If you register with your name and address, you must be aware that we save this data in the system. However, we do not use your personal data either for statistics, surveys or disclosure to other systems.
All reports prepared on the basis of data from the system are based on anonymous data. Your personal data will therefore never be used.
